The Awards Competition will be held in Moldova, Chişinău on 5-6th of February 2016 during the First Regional Digital Communication Summit and welcomes outstanding achievements, professional campaigning and strategic thinking in online communication in 5 categories.
There will one award for each category and entries will be judged by some of the biggest names in digital marketing.
The conference will gather around 500 guests including international leading digital marketing professionals and 24+ speakers. It will be 2016’s must attend event for the Digital Marketing industry!

1. Rockit Awards is a competition recognizing excellence in digital. Rockit Awards is part of the Rockit Regional Communication Summit.
2. Rockit Awards includes 5 categories: Best Use of Social Media, Best Digital Campaign, Best Mobile App, Best Video, Best Website.
3. Any company, agency, studio or independent specialist can register works in competition. The works must be approved by the client, and all parties involved in the work.
4. The participating projects must be created by specialists only from the next countries: Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia, Bulgaria, and Belarus.Read more
Art. 1. Rockit Awards is a competition recognizing excellence in digital. Rockit Awards is part of the Rockit Regional Communication Summit.
Art. 2. Rockit Awards includes 5 categories:
1. Best Use of Social Media
2. Best Digital Campaign
3. Best Mobile App
4. Best Video
5. Best Website
Art. 3. Any company, agency, studio or independent specialist can register works in competition. The works must be approved by the client, and all parties involved in the work.
Art. 4. A project can only be scored by a single entity. If organizers receive the same submission from 2 different entities, the first submission has priority.
Art. 5. Participants must list all companies and agencies involved in the work.
Art. 6. The participating projects must be created by specialists only from the next countries: Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia, Bulgaria, and Belarus.
Art. 7. The same project can be submitted in two categories.
Art. 8. The organizers have the right to reject a submission, after discussing the reason with the participant.
Art. 9. The organizers reserve the right to withdraw the awarded prize if the project is fictional, breaks copyrighting rules or infringes some laws.
Art. 10. Each entry is paid separately. If a project is submitted for two categories, the payment will be made for two tickets.
Art. 11. The projects must be executed and launched between 1 January 2014 and 3 February 2016.
Art. 12. The websites involved in the projects must be active at the moment when the judges will evaluate them or the participants must have a demo version of the website.
Entries that are not eligible
Art. 13. The organizers will not accept entries that contain illegal elements, abusive or obscene.
Art. 14. The projects executed by companies in countries that are not in the list of countries admitted to the competition are not admitted.
Art. 15. The organizers do not accept entries which are not functional.
Art. 16. The organizers do not accept entries which are not approved and paid for by the client.
Art. 17. Participants have the following rights:
a) to enroll a work in several categories.
b) to be informed about the rules for participation and registration fee.
c) to use the title of "Participant" / "Finalist Winner" / "Winner" for self-promotion.
Art. 18. Participants have the following obligations:
a) to respect the rules Rockit Awards Competition.
b) to fill the entry form only in English , in the following formats: .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .pdf, video or links.
c) to pay the participation fee by the method proposed by the organizers.
d) to present only truthful information about project results.
e) to present evidence of the results at the request of the jury or the organizers.
f) not to write their name in the inscription excepting self-promotion projects, or if the name is enclosed in the site design and cannot be excluded.
e) to respect the copyright on all materials used in the project.
Art. 19. The rules of disqualification of entries:
a) The project is modified during the analysis of the jury.
b) The project is plagiarized.
Art. 20. Participants can enter the competition by submitting projects and filling up the registration form on the competition website.
Art. 21. Organizers will control the submitted works and will notify participants of any correction or irregularities.
Art. 22. For the work to be validated, the participants need to pay the participation fee.
Art. 23. The organizers reserve the right to use the participant's name, project or other materials submitted to promote the competition.
Art. 24. The organizers do not take any responsibility for any situation related to copyright of the submissions. All responsibility is taken by Participant.
Art. 25. Entry fee is 39 dollars per work. Any entry fee assumes the right to access and participate at Regional Rockit Digital Communication Summit.
Art. 26. The jury is chosen from renowned professionals with experience in online marketing.
Art. 27. The judging will be held online and offline, only after the end of submission deadline.
Art. 28. The jury has the right to disqualify an entry if it does not comply with the rules of participation, or to move the project to another category if necessary, or to request additional information from participants.
Art. 29. No cash refunds will be executed if the work was disqualified.
Art. 30. The jury will choose Finalist Awards and the shortlist, with the best works submitted to the contest.
Art. 31. There will be only one winner for each category.
Art. 32. The main criterion for choosing the winner for the category Best Website is the Design + Content.
Art. 33. The jury may decide not to offer the prize in a certain category, if there are no works deserving the title.
